The T Family | Maine Family Photographer

The second of my two sessions on Mount Desert Island last week was with the extended “T” Family. I’m always in awe of how much be created just because of two people, and the heads of this family raised five beautiful daughters who are now grown and creating their own lives and families. Despite being grown and on their own, all of the sisters and their parents only live a few hours away from each other in the midwest. A very close knit group, it has always been mom’s dream to bring her entire family to Maine, and as she and her husband celebrate their 50th anniversary, they pulled together the trip and brought their family to the east coast.  I knew I would like this family when I was told they’d been on the Family Feud twice (um, goals!), and watching them interact and be together on the beach having so much fun in front of my cameras really made this session as special as it was. It is an honor to have photographed them on what is such a memorable trip, and I’m very excited to share many favorites from this session.
