The R Family | Harpswell Maine Family Photographer

Early last week I headed up the coast to Harpswell, where I met the extended “R” Family who came together at Stover’s Cove for some Maine summer fun. We met at Stover’s Point Preserve on a gorgeous afternoon with soft sun and wispy clouds, a perfect backdrop for this incredibly sweet family. Extended family sessions tend to be more photos of groupings, but this family was a family after my own heart, also wanting some playful and fun moments, which were so easy to get with four busy and adventurous littles. Stover’s Cove is such a wonderful spot to capture the rocky coastline of Maine, as well as hunt for crabs and clams, and I had the extreme pleasure of capturing these guys doing all of it in between laughs, splashes, and plenty of hugs. The connection in this family is instantly obvious, and I’m so happy they chose to have it captured during their special time together on the midcoast.
