The M Family | Kennebunkport Maine Family Photographer

As much as I love, love, love my sessions with little kids, there is something equally special about family sessions with grown children. Parents often feel the need to capture our kids as much as possible as they grow throughout the years, but the importance of photographs and family memories does not disappear once the kids are grown. For the extended “M” Family, this session was a gift to the kids’ mom, dad, and grandmother, and a much-overdue chance to capture their annual vacation together in Kennebunkport. I met these guys at their vacation home, where together we walked down the road to the gorgeous Colony Beach – a hidden gem right in town. Our evening was full of soft skies, silly laughter, a dancing grandma (seriously, you can’t help but love her!), and memories of an annual vacation that means so much to this family. I’m so grateful they asked me to capture them together for their first set of family photos and am excited to share my favorites of our gorgeous evening together.
