Visiting from the midwest, Deb and Jay were so excited to take their family on their first vacation together last week. They chose Bailey Island, such a gem of a spot along the Maine coastline and I am so happy they decided to also have me capture a piece of their time together during this special trip. We met at the very end of the island by the fabulous Land’s End Gift Shop (chock full of amazing creations by local Maine artisans by the way), and I had such a wonderful time getting to know this incredibly sweet and kind group. The excitement on Deb’s face especially is so telling of how special this was for her, and I am so happy to give them all these images to remember their time together on the island.
