The B Family | Scarborough Maine Family Photographer

It’s been six years since I first met the “B” Family, and since our first session, this family has grown by two, and much taller, too!  This year I had the pleasure of seeing this crew twice – once back in May for a fun half session here in Yarmouth, and then again a few weeks ago at Higgins Beach. I know we were all so hoping for another killer sunset at Higgins like we got last year, but in classic 2021 fashion, we were greeted on the beach with surprise precipitation and quite a bit of fog. The damp skies certainly did not dampen the amazing energy and love of this crew though, and just as if it were a bright sunny evening, I had a blast capturing Kristen, Mike, Ella, Ollie, Grace, Sully, and Poppy snuggled up together, laughing together, and getting soaking wet in the waves together. Sometimes I think these grey evenings are even more of a gift as they really let the photos focus more on the people in them, and I swear you can hear the laughter in some of these playful and fun images. It’s always a blast with these guys in front of my camera, and I’d hang out with them on a rainy night at Higgins anytime. Here are my many favorites from our fun evening!
