Spring Mini Sessions! | Scarborough Maine Family Photographer

There is a huge excitement that grows inside of me as I approach my first beach sessions of the year. By the time spring rolls around, I am incredibly anxious for nights on the sand and in the water, gorgeous sunsets, and fun families in front of my cameras in my favorite places. Last weekend I kicked off beach season with three mini sessions on a cool and gorgeous night at Higgins Beach in Scarborough. After a rainy spring, I was nervous for what the weather might hand us, but we had beautiful skies, temps in the high 50’s (a win, I promise!), and light that was totally different and equally gorgeous for each of my three sessions. My heart was quickly filled as I watched and captured little toes in the sand (and water – kids are crazy!!), sweet snuggles, big laughs, and perfectly imperfect moments with each of my three families. I have so many favorites from each session, and narrowing it down was not an easy task, but here are the most favorites, and here’s a huge high-five to the start of what is going to be one incredible season on the beach.
