{Personal Share} Clearwater and Disney Adventure 2020 | Maine Lifestyle and Children’s Photographer

If you know me even a little, you know that I’m not a winter person. Like, not even a tiny bit, not even at all. So when my step-brother and sister-in-law floated the idea of a 2020 February Disney trip a few years ago, I was allllllll about getting out of the cold, and heading to one of my favorite places with my family and friends. We headed south a few days before the official start of school’s February vacation, and my husband, daughter and I started off our trip with a few sun-kissed days in Clearwater, one of our favorite spots in Florida. We enjoyed a little beach, a lot of dolphin time (HUGE shout outs to Little Toot Dolphin Adventures and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium for their role in making my dolphin-obsessed daughter’s dreams come true), and then we headed to Orlando fo a week in a gorgeous home with a total of 14, yes FOURTEEN people. Over the week, we hit all four Disney parks, as well as Universal, and Disney Springs, and we may have been exhausted, but boy were we happy (I mean, how can you not be?!). Our 9-bedroom Air BNB allowed for everyone to have their own space and shower, and we were all up and out the door on time each day, ready for our next adventure. Disney has a special place in our hearts and this second trip was as amazing, if not more amazing, than the first. And as an added bonus, I love to travel with my big camera, and capture moments and light that I can never get at home. Here are some favorites of our time (out of the almost 3K photos that I took!). I’m so grateful for another trip with my family, time with extended family and friends, and these memories that were worth every moment and every penny.
