Love what you see?
The thing I love the most about engagement sessions is that it gives me the chance to know my couples before the craziness of the wedding day. I get to know more about how they met, why they fell in love, who they are as individuals, and what they love to do together. When Heather, Erick, and I were first discussing their engagement photos, they mentioned their love of the outdoors and their desire to do a camping/hiking themed shoot. We decided to go to Bradbury Mountain State Park in Pownal, and I was probably too excited when I found out they were actually bringing the makings for a makeshift tent and camp site. We hiked to the top, and set up camp for our session (in 90 degree weather, I should add). Not only was the setting amazing, and true to who Erick and Heather are, these two are incredibly affectionate with each other, making them naturals in front of the camera. I absolutely cannot wait for their wedding in the White Mountains this fall.
