Eden {Yarmouth High School Class of 2023} | Portland Maine Senior Photographer

It is a little surreal to me to be sharing Eden’s senior photos today. I first met her mom, Jess about 10 years ago when we were in graduate school together. At the time, Jess had two elementary school kiddos, and I had a toddler. In what seriously was the blink of an eye, those kiddos all grew up, and Jess’ oldest son is now in college and Eden is in her senior year. I was so excited when they asked me to take Eden’s senior photos, and she chose the Old Port for her backdrop. I love shooting in the Old Port, especially for senior photos or headshots, so I was doubly excited for this session. It’s been a few years since I last saw Eden, and I was totally blown away by her beauty, maturity and overall confidence during our session. We explored Wharf and Commercial St, and I’m pretty sure Eden is a model in some secret second life, because she was such a beauty and such a natural in front of the camera. She is excited to head off to school next year to study chemistry, and I’m so excited to hear where she lands. I have no doubt she will be out there changing the world when she gets there.
