Denise & Josie {At Home} | Maine Headshot and Family Photographer

Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had a lovely weekend! Today’s blog post is so fitting for the day after Mother’s Day because it features the absolute sweetest mother-daughter duo! Last week I headed to Buxton to photograph Denise and Josie at their beautiful home. Denise is a fellow photographer and it’s been many years since our paths have crossed, so I was so excited when she reached out for photos. She wanted a session that combined some updated headshots along with some playful time with Josie, and both of these pieces came together so beautifully as we explored their neighborhood, backyard, and gorgeous farm, complete with horses and a stunning red barn. This was the first time I’d met Josie and I instantly loved her – she is bubbly, happy, excited, and totally a momma’s girl. Getting these two to connect to each other and their home was no problem at all. I loved capturing their bond and connection and am very excited to share my favorites from our time together here on the blog. Many thanks to these two beautiful ladies for such a fun time together!
