Love what you see?
A few weeks ago I headed south to York for my annual session with Caitlin and Emory. Like so many times this year, I left to raindrops on my windshield, but was so pleased when I arrived in York to soft skies with dreamy clouds, and just simply beautiful mid-October light. We met up at Wiggly Bridge – a spot I’ve always wanted to photograph at, but have never had the opportunity, and I’m so glad that Caitlin suggested it for this year’s session. This was my fourth year with this beautiful duo, and little Emory, now five, gets more and more charming each year – even though I always swear it couldn’t be possible. This year, she was silly, playful, so full of light and love, and as always, was a dream to photograph. Each year we start the session with Caitlin’s mom and dad before continuing on with just her and Emory, and this year her pup Betty joined in the fun for a few minutes as well before Caitlin, Emory, and I headed to the island for the rest of our session. My heart is so full editing these photos of a beautiful and strong momma and her beautiful and strong little girl. These two make quite a pair, and I love capturing their incredibly special bond and love. Here are my favorites from this year’s stunning session!
