I am so excited to share April and Michael’s engagement session today! Not only is this couple gorgeous and totally in love, but the story behind these photos is also pretty amazing. April and Michael live in Tennessee, but travel to Maine every summer. In the small town of Porter sits a farm, built by April’s great-great grandfather back in the 1800’s. This farm is where April’s grandfather was born and raised, and where April and her family spent every summer while she was growing up. Having her engagement photos with Michael taken at the farm was important to April and I am so thrilled that they asked me to be the one to photograph them there. We had a perfect evening with these two, accessorized by the beautiful farm and its grounds, amazing light, and April’s grandfather’s antique Ford car. I wish April and Michael a beautiful wedding next spring in Tennessee!
