I’ve always been a story teller. Ask any of my friends..they’ll tell you I’m a talker. When I’m behind the camera though, I have the chance to be the silent storyteller – to share your story, your dreams, your love through images, not words. I’ve long said it’s a pretty cool thing to live life with a pair of photographer’s eyes and see the little things in the world that many often miss.

I have always been the one with a camera in my hands, but became more serious about photography just before the birth of our daughter. In what feels like the blink of an eye, over ten years, a lot of hard work, many late nights, and thousands of moments captured have gone by. It’s hard for me to put into words how blessed and honored I feel to have this career, my husband, our daughter, and our incredibly supportive network of family and friends.

Aside from my philosophy on photography, it is my ultimate goal to treat my clients like family – to provide the highest level of customer service and commitment while laughing, having fun, and creating incredible images. I am well aware that without my clients, I would not be able to continue down this path that I hold so dear, and I am incredibly grateful for the people I meet through my work. When I’m not “working” (I put that in quotes, because I find it hard to say that what I do is work), I’m most likely on some fun adventure with my daughter and husband, dreaming of warm beaches, enjoying lobster rolls and ice cream, and hanging out along the coast. Sometimes even in the winter, too. 😉 I have a summer soul and feel incredibly lucky to live and photograph in Maine, especially in the warmer months.

I hope you enjoy my work. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about anything I do. I’m always up for a chat, a cup of coffee (really, I adore coffee), or a glass of wine! I can’t wait to meet you and tell your story.
