Personal Share {365 Project: January} | Maine Lifestyle Photographer

Heading into 2017, I made the decision to take on the ultimate photo challenge – a 365 daily photo project. Heading into the year, I was excited, but nervous that I may not have the stamina or interest to keep it up, but today, on day 32, and this first day of February, I am absolutely loving this project and so excited to already have an entire month of images from our life as part of this collection. This time of year especially is a challenge for a project like this – I work outside of the home during the day, leaving little to no natural light during most of my time with my family during the week. Already I’ve found myself needing to get creative with the light in our home, a challenge in and of itself on top of a month that was riddled with sickness and many days feeling very under the weather. This project is giving me energy though, and already I’m finding myself excited to continue to look for new adventures and new angles from which to capture our day to day.
